Company History
Martin Wolons founded and
incorporated Vertical Construction Services, Inc. in March 1998 with the primary
purpose of building new homes of high quality and priced to give exceptional
value to buyers. The company adopted the slogan “Building Dreams from the
Ground Up” signifying the company’s full service approach - from
permitting, design, and contracting, through construction and final sign-off.
Vertical personnel work closely with buyers to ensure that their wishes are
satisfied and dreams are fulfilled. This concept is unique in the sub-division
market and has allowed Vertical to build a reputation as the premier homebuilder
in the area.
